Sridix Technology ("we", "us", or "our") developed the Attendance Register Monitor HR application as a comprehensive, offline-first attendance tracking and employee management solution designed for businesses, retail stores, educational institutes, coaching centers, factories, clinics, and teams of all sizes.

This Privacy Policy describes our privacy principles, how Attendance Register Monitor HR operates, what information the application handles, and how we ensure your organization's and employees' data remains strictly private, secure, and under your complete control.

Privacy Summary: Attendance Register Monitor HR operates with an offline-first architecture. All employee profiles, attendance logs, notes, and photos are stored locally on your device. We do not store, process, or sell your employee or attendance records on our servers.

1. Data Storage & Ownership

Attendance Register Monitor HR is engineered from the ground up as an offline-first application. All information entered or recorded within the app is stored locally on your device in a secure local database.

This data includes:

Employee Directory: Full names, phone numbers, designations, departments, and profile photos.
Attendance Logs: Daily attendance status (Present, Absent, Late, Half Day), exact punch-in/punch-out timestamps, and custom notes.
Application Settings: Preferences, shift settings, backup schedules, and configuration parameters.

We do not upload, copy, or maintain your organization's employee or attendance records on our servers. You retain 100% ownership and full control of all data at all times.

We do not collect personal records, employee listings, attendance histories, or business operational data from users.

3. Google Drive Backup & Cloud Restore

To prevent data loss resulting from device replacement, damage, or factory resets, Attendance Register Monitor HR provides an optional, user-initiated Google Drive Backup & Restore capability.

How Google Drive Backup Works:

Isolated App Data Folder: Backups are saved directly into your personal Google Drive in Google's private App Data folder (drive.appdata). This folder is restricted exclusively to Attendance Register Monitor HR and cannot be viewed or accessed by other applications.
Direct Device-to-Cloud Transmission: Backup files are encrypted/compressed and transferred directly between your device and Google's servers. They never pass through or get stored on Sridix Technology servers.
Zero Access to Personal Files: The app only requests access to its own application data storage. We never access, read, or alter your Gmail, Google Drive files, Google Photos, or Google Contacts.
Scheduled Automatic Backups: If enabled, the app performs scheduled backups (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) directly to your Google Drive.
One-Tap Restore: When setting up a new phone or reinstalling, signing into the same Google Account allows you to restore your database with a single tap.

4. Authentication & Sign-In Options

Attendance Register Monitor HR provides secure authentication options to facilitate backup, sync, and license verification:

Sign in with Apple (iOS): Enables quick and privacy-preserving authentication. You may choose Apple's "Hide My Email" feature to generate a private, anonymous email relay address.
Sign in with Google: Provides authentication strictly to identify your account and grant authorized access to your private Google Drive backup storage.

5. Device Permissions & Usage

To provide core features, Attendance Register Monitor HR may request the following system permissions on your iOS/device. All permissions are optional and only requested when you interact with the relevant feature:

📷 Camera Permission:

Used solely to capture employee profile photos directly inside the app. Photos are saved locally to your device database.

🖼️ Photo Library Permission:

Used to allow you to select existing pictures from your gallery to use as employee profile pictures.

📇 Contacts Permission:

Used strictly on a read-only basis if you choose the "Import from Contacts" option when registering employees. The app only accesses contacts you choose to import, and never uploads, modifies, or shares your contact book.

🔊 Microphone / Audio Output:

Used for Text-to-Speech (TTS) audio attendance confirmations (e.g. announcing employee check-ins aloud at entry counters).

🔔 Notifications:

Used to send local backup completion confirmations, automatic backup reminders, or critical update alerts. You can adjust notification settings at any time in your device's Settings.

6. Report Exporting, Printing & Sharing

The application allows you to export attendance summaries and logs to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and PDF documents, or print them directly using AirPrint.

All reports and documents are generated on-device. When you share reports via WhatsApp, Email, Messages, or AirDrop, the sharing is initiated and controlled entirely by you via the standard iOS system share sheet.

7. Application Updates & Status Verification

To maintain application stability, security, and licensing validity, the app may periodically connect to Sridix Technology servers to check for:

Application availability and status notices
Availability of minor and critical major updates
Licensing and maintenance announcements

These server requests communicate only system management and version information and never contain or transmit any employee, contact, photo, or attendance data.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Attendance Register Monitor HR is a commercial utility designed for productivity:

No Advertisements: We do not display third-party ads.
No Ad Networks: We do not integrate advertising trackers or ad-tech SDKs.
No Data Profiling: We do not build marketing or advertising profiles of you or your team.

9. Data Security

Because your data resides on your physical device, security is safeguarded by your device's built-in operating system security features, including sandboxing and device-level encryption.

We recommend enabling device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID security to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device and records.

10. Data Deletion & Retention

Because your data is stored locally:

You can delete or reset data at any time from within the application settings.
Uninstalling the app immediately removes all locally cached databases and records from your device.
Cloud backups stored in Google Drive AppData can be removed by managing connected apps inside your Google Account settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Attendance Register Monitor HR is built for professional, organizational, and business attendance tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
